Welcome to Creekside at Bethpage. Welcome Home!

Our Community consists of 665 homes, offering main floor living with open and spacious floor plans. The centerpiece of the community is the 13,000 square foot Hemingway Hall clubhouse and the Dickens Den annex which is surrounded by a pool, pickleball, tennis, and bocce courts, community gardening plots as well as a dog park for our furry friends. You will also find our functioning bee pens helping to make us a pollinator-friendly community. Indoor amenities include large social rooms with kitchen facilities, a creative arts room, hobby and game rooms, billiards, and a fully equipped fitness center with an aerobics and dance studio. Our many walking trails and pocket parks allow you to catch a glimpse of all the wonderful nature and wildlife within our community. With our “PIF” (Pay-It-Forward) program, the whole community comes together to help one another when needed. And, with our “Creekside Cares” program, there is also the opportunity to help expand our efforts outside the community and volunteer for multiple non-profit organizations in our area. Along with all this, there are dozens of clubs, events and support groups to participate in, keeping Creekside at Bethpage one of the best “55+ Active Communities” in the area.

Welcome to the Vibrant City of Durham

A Lemur Center? A Duke basketball game? A nationally recognized theatre? You name it and you can find it in this eclectic city. Durham is a small city with a big heart. Known as The City of Medicine, of course Durham boasts world class medical care, but there’s so much more. Regarded as a leading tech and innovation hub, Durham attracts entrepreneurs, artists, musicians and outstanding chefs. If the restaurants, theatres, historical sites, sports arenas aren’t enough, there are hiking trails, parks and rivers waiting to be explored. All of this combines to make Durham a unique place to put down roots. And, if we can brag a bit, Durham ranks #3 on U.S News & World Report’s Best Places to Live for 2023/2024. Take a look at discoverdurham.com to see just how much our city has to offer.
